Using personality as a lens, our 3 co-founders set out to create tailored content to help parents and families develop meaningful connections.
What you see today is the result of an immense amount of hard work and team effort. We’d like to share a bit about that journey and the folks responsible for its success with you here.
As a parent of 4 young (and very different) children, Mark wanted to figure out how he could better engage with each of them.
This idea led to his journey (with Charis and Lydia) to explore how personality could be used as a lens to understand themselves (parents) and their children.
Charis and Lydia have been married for 16 years and are parents to 2 tweenagers.
Charis ensures that the PEAKS technology we use is structurally sound, while Lydia uses her wealth of developmental psychology experience to support the content creation process.
